Lacerate is an Assassin ability, but can be used by anyone who is dual-wielding (a weapon in each hand). Lacerate does an initial damage of 110% your Melee DPS and inflicts Lacerated on the target. Lacerated targets bleed for 5% of your Melee DPS every second for the following 12 seconds. The Lacerated effect can be stacked on a target up to 3.

Can be learned from a Scroll of Lacerate. You are given one during the quest [5] A Study in Blood. You can also buy one from a Combat Trainer for 10 silver.
